- Hydraulic extrusion machines.
Hydraulic extrusion machines serve for bellows forming from tube shells by inner hydraulic pressure combined with extrusion movement using cassette accessories. These machines are used for producing one-layer and multilayer bellows with nominal diameter from 14 mm to 250 mm, with maximum work piece length up to 1000 mm.
- Elastomeric extrusion machine.
Elastomeric extrusion machine for producing bellows out of tube sleeves works on the principle of single formation of bellows corrugations with their preliminary formation by elastomer and subsequent creation. Distance between the corrugations is varied by the supply depth of a work piece. Possible diameters of the bellows are from 40 mm to 250 mm. These machines serve for batches production.
- Machine with expanding mandrel for bellows formation and channeling machine.
Machine with expanding mandrel for bellows formation and channeling machine work on the principle of individual bellows corrugations formation. Work piece movement relatively immovable machine plane defines the distance between the corrugations. This machine also makes the final profiling of bellows corrugations. These machines are used for small batches production of bellows with diameters from 125 mm to 1600mm .Bellows can be multilayer with the total thickness of 8 mm.
- Rolling molding machine.
Rolling molding machine serves for production of bellows with large diameters out of welded milled sheets on the principle of individual corrugation formation with operating strokes of channeled and rolled molding that are varied with the accessories change. Accessories position relatively the immovable machine plane defines the distance between corrugations. Another tool consisting of circular knives cuts the bellows ends.
